Hi Christopher,

I want to thank you for the time you have taken to read my email and to visit this video I’ve put together to introduce myself and our product. Our journey started over 3 years ago but yet our product has only been on the market for 3 months. We didn’t set off to start a sangria company. I was basically making sangria at home for friends and family. It got to a point where our friends raved about it enough that my fiancé suggested bottling and selling our sangria. After that it’s been a snowball effect. We’ve taken small and measureable steps.

Background

  • Rick Martinez is the founder of Senor Sangria
  • The idea was sparked by his fiancé Maria Camelo
  • Business was funded through the sale of Rick’s apartment
  • A year after starting the business Rick quit his job to focus on the business full time
  • Rick has no experience in the beverage industry (background is in the internet software space)
