Next week  (August 20th & 21st) we are performing our 3rd production run of our sangria. I have to tell you I am nervous. We are bottling 2,000 cases. The most we have every bottled.

Traditionally the week before our production run we have all of our ingredients delivered to the winery. Though this week I noticed something. We have started a tradition. The day of the bottling we order lunch big lunch from Gami’s. Today I put my order in (Chicken Stew, Roast Pork, Tostones, White Rite, Empanadas). It is a great feeling sitting around the lunch table with everyone from the winery. It truly feels like one big family. They are also one of our biggest supporters.
